Would there be a way for you to add some sort of settings option to AI so that one could associate certain values with other values and have them then automatically added to the required fields. So for example. I have a code signing certificate on my machine (actually I have more than one) and each time that I select one or the other I find that I can never remember the exact url of the timestamp for that certificate. It would be really useful to have an options section in the main program where I could make associations along the lines of 'if this code signing certificate is used then add this timestamp url to the time stamp url field'.

We'll consider your suggestion for adding this feature, but for the moment there are not immediate plans because it is not mandatory to use the timestamp URL of the certificate vendor. You can have a timestamp URL to Verisign while the certificate is from Thawte.

Forgive my ignorance, but how would a timestamp url belonging to a different vendor of the one from whom you have your certificate actively verify it? Surely you'd have to use the time stamp check from the vendor to verify a certificate of theirs.
