One of our users is getting a popup window at startup saying "invalid cmd line". It is apparently coming from one of our apps, which is being started (not by us!) with the command line:
sptxAgent_x64.exe /cmdloc "HKCU\Software\Tricerat AiTemp\{FB3325EE-A2B6-404D-A20A-F1DF8632C03C}"
They continue to get the error popup even after uninstalling. I'm assuming this is probably coming from the Windows restart manager -- how can we clear this so Windows doesn't keep trying to execute it at logon time?

I'm not sure why you get that.
Maybe there is a scheduled task in the scheduled task list which is triggered at log on. Have you checked that?

acutally have the same Problem with AI 13.0 and i want to ask what part of Table this Reg key writes.
I oberserved that this key only written if had PreReq.

Indeed, our prerequisites feature has support to restart the system and after reboot launch again the setup package when the "Reboot system after installing this prerequisite" option is checked. However, the behavior should not persist on forthcoming reboots.
It will be very useful if you could isolate this issue in a replicable pattern and forward us a test case. Or even better if you could build a small sample (AIP + its referenced resources) which replicates the issue, then please send it us to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can test it on our side.
