Documents is not a valid name

Hello

Some users experience issues with the installer giving the error message "'Documenten' is geen geldige naam" (that is "'Documents' is not a valid name" in English). The issue occurs during the preparation step when it asks to wait while Setup Wizard prepares to guide you through the installation.

This is the excerpt from the log file:

Any ideas what could be the reason and what I could suggest to them so as to fix the issue?

In order to have a better view about your problem, can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so we can investigate them?
