Updates have been working perfectly for a year. However we now have a new prerequesite. Specifically the new Crystal Reports .msi file (CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1.msi). I've tried using a URL location for this prerequesite but I keep getting a message "the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." However everything appears to be ok with the items listed in the error message. What am i missing?

Hi,
Does this problem appears only when you deploy the package through the updater or it is present and if you simply run the package and the bootstrapper tries to launch the prerequisite?
Can you please send us the aip file using the URL prerequisite so we can test it on our machines? Also, the URL should be valid, in order for the tests to be complete on our side.
