File Limit

Hi there, I am trying out your installer program for my freeware scenery that I design for flight Simulator and have hit a snag...

my scenery has over 32,000 files in it, and your installer refuses to put the files in when I mark them all for inclusion...

Does this mean you have set a file limit??

Hi John,

A Windows Installer limitation of the default MSI files schema is that they can only contain up to 32767 files.

We are planning to address this shortcoming in the future.

Thank you very much for your reply...

I did some further playing and have found I can't even mark and include 3,000 files into it. (Apart from the main files I also release smaller updates as I do them)

PS: The 3,000 files were just on their own, not contained in folders..
