Modify "cannot be installed" error message

Hi,

For unsupported platforms(configured from Launch Conditions) we are getting "cannot be installed" error message. Is this possible to modify this error message?
If yes, how?

Hello Mahua,

Yes, this can be done. Go to "Table Editor" page and select "LaunchCondition" table. Then, select the row of the related launch condition and modify the corresponding "Description" field. Please keep in mind that in order to use our "Table Editor" feature you need at least an Enterprise edition of Advanced Installer.

Can you please tell us why do you want to modify this message text? Also, what message text do you need to replace our default message?

Another approach would be to use a custom launch condition like this:

• Condition: Launch condition
  Description: Desired message

Also, you can take a look on our "Install resources based on the OS version" article in order to set the condition field.
