Hello,
We considered that isn't necesarry to add a special prerequisite. Basically, SQLite is a library, we don't see it as a stand alone application.
By the way, have you noticed in the SQL Scripts page our suport for SQLiteConnection? You can use this type of SQL connection to run your scripts on an SQLite database using the [New SQLite Connection] toolbar button.

I do not think you can add SQLite as one of the prerequisties, as it as a standalone application. Many parameters do not support SQLite, so the best option is to go for MYSQL.snore doc I will refer this with my colleagues and get back you with the complete data.
