Upgrade is asking for the language selection dialog

Hi,

I have written a setup for a product, during the upgrade of this product it never used to ask for the "language selection dialog". But the setup built using the latest AdvancedInstaller is showing this dialog for the upgrade.

I have mailed you the sample aip file(along with the setup.exe).
