Can I use THEMES Surface UI problem

Can I use THEMES Surface UI, how to disable the fix, I have set mandatory coverage, and close the repair, but UI always displayed, and the other I use Display installation actions details (enhanced UI only) delayed the installation process is very slow and keeps flashing, how to solve ?

If you want to avoid the progress bar limitation debated in our "Issue with Surface progress bar" thread you can use the Surface progress bar workaround.

Let us know if this helped, otherwise please give us more details about your scenario (maybe attach some step by step screenshots).

Can you please make sure you have enabled the "Always (install, uninstall and maintenance)" option from "Themes page -> Setting tab" and see if the behavior still persist? If so, can you please give us a detailed step by step test case (maybe attach more images) so we can test and investigate your scenario?
