Can a language make a service fail?

Hello,

I've done a multi-language project (english-spanish) and when I start the installation, if I choose english language, everything goes right. But, if I choose spanish language, when the installation is in 'Start services' part, it fails and a dialog appears saying that there was a problem maybe because of rights or privileges to start the service.

Any idea why is this happening? I´m very lost.

Thanks.

Re: Can a language make a service fail?

Hello,

I'm not sure what causes this error. Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?

Also, can you specify if you can replicate the behavior on multiple machines?

All the best,
Daniel
