How can give access to user for manually port number.

Hello Milind and welcome to Advanced Installer forums,
In order to achieve that, you need the Dialog Editor Page feature which is available starting with the Enterprise edition of Advanced Installer.
Just make sure you create the project type you need, as the features are limited based on the project type.
