Hello,
We have been building and releasing an unsigned application for quite some time to our users. To upgrade the application, we follow the "Automatically upgrade older product versions" guidelines. We have recently decided to digitally sign the application. When the application performs an upgrade to the Unsigned version, everything is installed into our application's program files folder except for the "application.exe" file. Are we doing something wrong that is causing this? Or is this not possible?

I'm not sure why you encountered the this behavior.
In order to have a better view about this, can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation process to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate this? If it contains confidential information you can send us a small test project which reproduce this behavior.
