Better Checkbox handling

Better design the checkboxes-make them easier to use:
Instead of just having a value when its checked and no value when its not checked, set the value to true or 1 or -1 when checked and 0 or false when not checked.

I ask this as I just went through a confusing process, in order to allow me to set a registry value. When a checkbox is not checked, no value is stored. I found the workaround by setting the property using the Publish Events (http://www.advancedinstaller.com/forums ... php?t=2908) but this was still not a complete solution.

The difference between the Value and Default Value is confusing and the help files do little to explain the functionality.

Thanks

Hi,

I'm afraid this cannot be done because it's not controlled by Advanced Installer. The CheckBox behavior is fully controlled by Windows Installer.
