Hi
on a customer machine there is an error due uninstall (see Pic)
I tried FixIt but the app is not in the list
The programm can not unistalled in System/Programms
Even a new version can not be installed because the old on can not be uninstalled
any ideas?

I can think of a few things to try:
- Repair the install, then try uninstalling.
- Run the original installation package. It should detect the product is already installed and offer to uninstall it.
- Use msizap to remove it. I believe msizap is included in the windows sdk.

Hello,
In addition to "codesynergy" guidelines you can also try to use the Microsoft "Fix it" program to remove the broken installation.
Also, to try investigate the root cause of the failure please generate a verbose log of the uninstall and send it us alongside the .aip (project file) of the setup to support at advancedinstaller dot com.
