The specified account already exists

We have an installer that has been working fine with auto-upgrading. However about 10 days ago a rebuild of the exact same installer project is now producing an exception "The specified account already exists". This is happening just as it is going to begin the new install after uninstalling the previous version. That leaves our software uninstalled.

Screenshot is attached.

I am sending our zipped project file to support at AI.

Dear Todd,

There's a similar error debated in the Multiple instance installation failing thread but I'm not sure it can address your issue. Please reply over e-mail if the solution helps. If not, one of my colleagues will pick your e-mail, investigate and get back to you next week. You can continue there and post the end solution here if you'd like.

P.S. Please don't duplicate the topics on e-mail and forums without mentioning in both because this won't help us answer faster.

This problem turned-out to be a custom script that was deleting too much too soon in the process.
