Command line property in upgrade process

Hi,
How can i pass a parameter in commandline and this should persist at the upgrade process?
I've custom action with condition according to this parameter.
When I do an upgrade installation the property is filled and the condition works like we want in the uninstall process.
At the install process the property is empty so the condition goes wrong.

Can you please set the property as a persistent one and see if the behaviour still persist? Here's the Edit Property Dialog article.
