Hello,
I've debated this behavior with our development team and they admitted there may be situations when the hang on expanding the user's personal certificates list may appear. We apologize for the inconvenience.
It seems this behavior may appear due to a limitation of the Windows API we use to browse the current user personal certificates. Unfortunately, it seems it is impossible to add an improvement/fix to this behavior.
As a workaround, you should use instead our "Use file from disk" option from
"Digital Signature" page.
