Instance IDs not changing through commandline build

Hello Advanced Installer Team,

i found a bug in our deployment process through Advanced Installer commandline.

One of our Setups has predefined instances. After changing the product Version a new ProductCode is generated. If i change the ProductCode with the GUI of Advanced Installer i can see that the Instance IDs also are changed.
This is correct because i want that the user can update his instances.

If i call "/SetVersion" and a new ProductCode is generated i can see that the instance IDs are the same.
Is it possible that i miss some calls? Or is this a bug in the command line behavior of "/SetVersion" ?

I tested the scenario and, indeed, I reproduced the problem. This seems to be an Advanced Installer issue. A fix will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer, thank you for bringing it to our attention.
