Is there something in the installer to fix this

When I made the web installer the exe has this when I downloaded it onto a computer and won't run unless I check this. Any suggestions. Please see the screenshot..

Unfortunately, you cannot control this. But you can try to use the advices of my colleague Bogdan from our "SmartScreen Filter: Installing an Application Using IE9" thread.
