Advanced Installer 13.8 build 77241 - Don`t open project

When open project from version 13.7 into new version 13.8 show error:

I found the reason. In addition, a test project. The project creates a shortcut, which leads to the problem.
Get error when create shortcut with name or description - Console [[|ProductVersion]]
AI 13.7 open without error.

Advanced Installer 13.8.1 is a maintenance release delivering the following bug fixes and improvements:

Bug fixes
-Fixed localization for "Updates Configuration" projects
-Added warning when tiles are created for EXEs that have no shortcuts
-Resetting to the default image settings in Tiles page was not detected at build time

My problem don`t fixed into 13.8.1???

This issue will be fixed in a future version of Advanced Installer. We will update this thread when the fix will be available.

Until then, you can delete the double quare brackets and you will be able to open your project with the 13.8 or 13.8.1 version of Advanced Installer.
