Help with improperly launched Java App

I am try to create a exe that with run my Open GL Java program to run the program I use a jar file and a .dll When I Install the program the jar file in the Directory works perfectly but when I use the generated EXE the splash screen pops up the JFrame goes to fullscreen then it just stops
I'm using Jogl and JDK 1.4 AND THE JMF Just in case it matters

We need more information in order to be able to help. Are you sure that the .dll is in the path? Try to debug the application a bit and see what the actual problem is.
