Advanced installer updates fail using Ukraine as system languge

Hi,
We are having an odd problem with our updates, it fails silently when the system language is set to ukraine (both for windows 10 and 11)
Regular installation and manual upgrade works, but once we let the updater download and upgrade silently it fails without any user feedback giving a fairly nondescript error in the eventviewer:

Not sure why this happens.

To facilitate a more in-depth investigation of this issue, could you kindly email the following resources to support at advancedinstaller dot com?

1. the .AIP (setup project) file for the first version and second version.
2. the updates configuration file.
3. a download link for the first version setup (so we can test the update)
4. a screenshot with the Language settings (Language & Region) on the OS where you can reproduce this.
