Does the customer have an internet connection on the computer? If not, the installation is blocked due to the "Run only if an active Internet connection is found" option enabled on the Launch Conditions page.
If this is not the case, can you please send us by email to
support at advancedinstaller dot com the following resources:
1. the .AIP (setup project) file.
2. a download link for your setup package.
3. an
installation log when this problem occurs.
