Duplicate entry in the start menu

Dear friends,
I have a simple yet annoying problem with Advanced Installer Express.

I have created an executable file from a Python script with PyInstaller. The installation folder contains only this exe file, which contains all the necessary dependencies.
Now I want to distribute it on the Microsoft Store (https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P2TL ... d=pdpshare), so I am using AIE to create a .msxiupload file.
When I install the application from the store, it is added to the start menu, that being the exprected behaviour. After the first time the user executes the application, an additional link is added to the menu, so that I have two almost identical entries in the menu, with the same icon and name (Lexifinder). When I click with the right button on the link created after installation, I obtain a contextual menu as in Figure 1. When I click with the right button on the entry created after the first run, I have a contextual menu as in Figure 2.
In the Shortcuts section, there is one entry that points to Lexifinder.exe. I tried and check the Prevent auto Pin to Start, but nothing changed.
Any ideas?

First of all, please accept my apologies for the delayed reply on this - it's holiday season and we are a bit behind in schedule.

If possible, could you please share with me, via email at support at advancedinstaller dot com, the AIP file you used to build the MSIX?

I'd need that to investigate its settings and run some further tests on my end.

Thank you for your kind answer. In the meantime, I solved the problem deleting the link in the Shortcuts section. Now I get only one entry in the Start menu. I do not know why, but it works
