i tried to write arabic letters in description in file association and finish to build it, my build is fine.
but while i open with my file, programs name is not properly language name.
what is the problem?

Please note that the description of the ProgID used for the file association is shown in a tooltip when the mouse cursor is above a file that is associated with your program. I'm not sure to what text you are referring, but I'm not sure if it can be translated.
