Hi guys,
I(my boss) have bought advanced installer Enterprise license in november 2007. The license was working fine until yesterday. We reinstalled the computer OS , installed 6.6 version and applied the license. First everything worked looked fine, until I reopened the AI. A messagebox popped out saying the the 6 months free maintenance plan has expired and it's now saying that the application is on a 30 days trial period. Also when the built setup.msi is saying that it was build with AI trial version. Where is the license gone? I tried to reregister with same license, no change, still saying trial...

Hi,
Since you purchased Advanced Installer in November 2007, the 6 months free maintenance plan expired in May 2008. In this case, your license can be used only with the Advanced Installer versions released before your maintenance plan expired. Please note that you can download any version supported by your maintenance plan by using our Customer Information page.
If you want to use the latest version (6.6), you can renew your maintenance plan. This way the new version will be covered by it.
