Is it now possible to do this?
I have a feature selection using VBS and only want to create users and/or groups depending on the user selection on the install

If so, please note that it refers to the behavior shown when installing an user which already exists. This behavior can be set through the "Error Policy" section of the "User Account Properties" page (it was implemented). Currently the creation of an user account cannot be conditioned, but this improvement is on our TODO list and it will be available in a future version.
