I was following the instructions in the manual for installing the mergemod library and found that some things have changed.

For the April 2005 release of the microsoft SDK The regsvr32.exe is not in Microsoft Platform SDK/Bin, but can be found in Windows/System32.

Thank you for your feedback, but I'm afraid that you have misunderstood the instructions in the manual.

In the "Platform SDK/Bin" folder you can find the mergemod.dll file. That is the reason for indicating that path.
