Uninstall.exe should be removed

AI creates by default only the main shortcut(this is MSIX default behaviour)

• VLC media player - points to vlc.exe

However, we can add additional shortcuts with the desired parameters:

• VLC media player skinned - points to vlc.exe with the argument “-Iskins”
• VLC media player - reset preferences and cache files - points to vlc.exe with the argument “--reset-config --reset-plugins-cache vlc://quit”
