Did anyboy use certificates from Certum EV, a Polish trusted certification authority and singing it in Advanced installer 17. It is suppoted and worked ?

Hello
I don't find informatmation how can I update external.ini file.
Problem looks like that.
Client have installed software with ADAM.INI file where he have 2 section
[Main seettings]
background=0
[View]
aacc=14
In my installer I must update this FILE ( ADD 1 new section, and update 1 ...

Hello again
Also don't find the answers for this type of backup.
I want to backup files before install update ( by updater - updater override all files ). But I don't want to backup all but only this files which will be override.
Eg. I have in my updater files.
adam.txt
claudia.txt
mark.tx ...
