I got the same error when using selfhosted agent. These 3 Environment variables (AZURE_CLIENT_ID, AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET, AZURE_TENANT_ID) should be added under "System Variables" or under the account that pipeline uses?

In Prerequisite section, I choose "New Package Prerequisite" and configured the path to the PostgreSQL installation file. I can confirm that the PostgreSQL is installed successfully with the "posgres" username and password I defined.

Before posting this topic, I tried to use "save as template", changed Product code and Upgrade code but nothing work. It only works when I change the version to 2.01. Please take a look at my setting on Upgrades page. Is there something wrong? Note that I'm using Advanced Installer 18.3.
