"Modify" installation issue.

I have installer with several different features, which user needs to pick from during installation installation. If he will select options from group MSFS, these components are not stored for future "modify" option. Groups marked as green works correct.

If I will install features from green marked options, they are saved for Modifying, the ones from MSFS group are not saved.
Why is that? Do I miss some sort of settings somewhere. Group MSFS was added later as first we had only first two groups to select from.
