Can't run a built insaller

According to event viewer, msiexec.exe is crashing. I've tried repair the insaller from the web. Running the installer with a log produces:

Re: Can't run a built insaller

Hello,

To facilitate a more in-depth investigation of this issue, could you please email the following resources to support at advancedinstaller dot com?

1. the .AIP (setup project) file.
2. the installation log.
3. a download link for your setup package.
4. the build number and version of the OS where you can reproduce this.

Best regards,
Liviu
