Dialog Image Corrupted

Our Dialog bitmap has "crusty" vertical and horizontal lines in it when running the installer. The original file looks fine out side of the installer and is the right size according to what little documentation I could find: http://www.advancedinstaller.com/user-g ... rties.html

Either AI or MSI is corrupting the image. What's the fix?

Also: Are other file formats supported other than bmp?

Only the Bitmap format is supported by Windows Installer.
