Hi,
There are several ways in which you can set the value for the required properties during an unattended installation:
1. You can create a BAT or Script file that will launch the installation process from a command line using "msiexec". The command line parameters will set the properties to the required values. For example if you want to set the location where the installed files will be deployed you will have a command line like:
msiexec /i A:\Example.msi TARGETDIR=VALUE
Property values that are literal strings must be put between quotation marks. Include any white spaces in the string between these marks.
For more information, please go to:

The BAT or Script file should get the values for the properties from a file.
2. You can use Advanced Installer's "Custom Action" feature with a script or a DLL to set the required values for the properties . These values can be previously read from a file. This custom action must be executed before the installation process begins, say under "Begin". In order to do this, select the "Custom Action" pane. Right-click on "Target Computer" and select "Show Standard Action"->"Before initialization"->"Begin".
You can also use the "Search" feature that Advanced Installer provides to find the location of the file from which the values for the properties are read.
All the best,
Mihai
