I would like the ability to create a single MSI from several MSI's. The reason for this is I have my software install as an MSI and two 3rd party driver msi packages. I would like eash msi to exist as a feature within my "big" msi.

Unfortunately Advanced Installer was not designed to create MSI wrappers over other installers. However, for what you need you can try using the Import MSI feature. After importing the original MSI packages into an Advanced Installer project you can organize them the way you need.
