Install as User
My installer requires that the person running it be logged in as Admin. Is there any way to have the installer run from a User account? This part is working: if Admin installs and then logs out, the User account can open.

Please note that if you want to install the application to all users on the machine or to place its resources in per-machine locations like "Program Files" or
HKLM hive then you will need admin rights to accomplish these steps.
If none of the above are required in your application then you can set it to install per-user from the Install Parameters page, "Installation Type" combobox.
