Hello Sony,
The floating license type is available only for our "Enterprise" and "Architect" editions of Advanced Installer. An Enterprise Floating license costs 2999 USD, and an Architect Floating license costs 8999 USD. In order to check the floating licenses prices you can go to our "Purchase" page, click on the [Buy] button under the Enterprise or Architect edition and on the next dialog choose "Floating license" type.
Also, if you need a quote you can generate one from our "Written Quote" page.
