Build stops on "Missing Resources". Can not fix

Build stops on "Missing Resources":

Checking builds status... done.
error.
Resources referred by the project are missing.

Q:\VP_ForInstallShields\setup_banner.jpg
Q:\VP_ForInstallShields\setup_img.jpg


Build finished because an error was encountered.

I pressed Locate.
Got into USer Interface -> Themes.
I replaced the "Customizable Images" with resources that do exist.
The images I specified whows on the image.

BUT:
Still build gives the same error.
I save exit - no ghelp
Automatic Fix - failed to fix
