Signtool - Error while building

While building my project with my new digital signature settings the following error comes up:
The digital signing of the C:\Program Files (x86)\Caphyon\Advanced Installer 12.0\custact\x86\aipackagechainer.exe file failed. Error Message:SignTool Error: Invalid option: /fd

The digital signature settings and the error dialog are attached as images.

My build system is: Windows 7 x64 with Advanced Installer 12.0

What I am doing wrong and how can I fix this?

EDIT: it seems that the /fd option is caused through the setting "Use SHA256 as digest algorithm".

I solved it by myself through the following forum post: http://www.advancedinstaller.com/forums ... 256#p68182

I changed through the settings "External Tools" - "Signtool" to a newer version.
