Unable to install Microsoft SQL on Windows 11

I'm using Parallels to run Windows 11 ARM on a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro, but I'm having difficulties installing Solidworks because Microsoft SQL isn't installing coreball. Is there a way to fix the SQL installation problem so I can start Solidworks?

I'm afraid I am not really experienced in Parallels and Windows 11 ARM and therefore I can not really assist here.

I think the Microsoft forums would be better suited for this kind of questions.
