Hello, I figured it out last night. Cab files are limited to 2GB.. AI was compiling web installer cab at just above 2GB so failed with the horrible Error 1606 which is very non-informative. I figured it out over the weekend. I recently upgraded to 19.5 AI software upgrade process doesn't update the AI scripts correctly. I created a new script on version 19.5 and now edits will work on the ExitDialog on the new script, not the "upgraded" ones. Which means I have to rebuild fro...

If I run the "Test Installation UI" from dialogs - my edited ExitDialog displays correctly...but NEVER from a compiled install, keeps showing AI's Exit dialog.

AI will not use my customized ExitDialog.
Always overwrites with yours.
All my ExitDialogs show "XXXX" in text, in design mode in your editor.
Save, then Clean and Rebuild - at runtime shows yours?!
This is a major issue holding up our release.
Please Advise!

Created a smaller footprint project for testing at 76mb installed.
Now uninstall takes 15-20 min?
I'm evaluating the software for purchase and really need to solve this issue.
I'm using AI 19.3

If I am to understand - even if I'm on a machine running an intel i7 - I need to choose 64 bit AMD to not get the error?
