Turn Off Interface Scaling

It would be great if you could turn off interface scaling for users on large font (high DPI) machines. Our installer looks strange for clients who use it on large font machines. It looks to me like all the text still fits in the original area, so turning off interface scaling should work. The illustration shows just one of the screens, but they all look strange.

Here's another example.

Re: Turn Off Interface Scaling

I just wanted to add that I noticed that the prerequisites wizard scales the images along with the dialog. This makes the images look weird and pixelated, but it's probably better than scaling the dialog without scaling the images. My preference would be for nothing to be scaled.

Re: Turn Off Interface Scaling

Hi,

Please note that in the Theme tab of the "Global Properties" dialog you can select the "Stretch with fonts" option. This will make Windows Installer stretch the images to match the large fonts.

Re: Turn Off Interface Scaling

I should have guessed that the solution was already there.

As always, thank you Cosmin. :D
