Installing and updating your application should be seamless. Easy to configure and manage, without any worries about security, reliability, or user experience.

This is what our team is aiming to achieve with every new feature and improvement included in Advanced Installer, since we started back in 2003.

The Updater Cloud Service is a new step in this direction. Providing you with a secure, one-click solution to publish the new updates for your application by managing the updates configuration file in our dedicated cloud. You no longer need to build and upload that file manually; Advanced Installer will handle that.Hosting your updates is a serious challenge, and we want to take our time and build a secure and reliable solution. That is why we are starting with hosting the update configuration files. Later this year, we plan to host your MSI/EXE packages, so you can control the entire publishing process from within Advanced Installer.

NoteWe’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, and feature requests for Updater Cloud.

MSIX packages provide a well-established architecture for targeting multiple device configurations. This means the same application can be packaged in multiple MSIX packages with different machine-specific settings. You can now build and publish a WinGet manifest for such kinds of MSIX packages, without manually specifying all the architecture-related information.
