What’s New in Advanced Installer 23.8

PowerShell Custom Actions now include the MSI Session object, bringing capabilities that were previously available only through VBScript (deprecated) or DLL custom actions.

All Advanced Installer projects built with v23.8 or newer will use PnPUtil to install your drivers. The old DIFx implementation has been deprecated.

If you have a project created with an older version of Advanced Installer, all you have to do is to open it with v23.8 and rebuild the project to leverage the new PnPUtil update.
