Will my order be secure?

Yes. In order to protect our customers, the order forms on our web site are run on secure servers, utilizing encryption technology to safeguard all credit card transactions from unauthorized viewing. Industry-standard SSL encryption is used.

What is your refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, send us an email and request cancellation of your license. A full refund will be granted to you, no questions asked.

How can I obtain a written quote?

How can I obtain an invoice?

Do you offer educational discounts?

Yes, send us an email with your details and we shall get back to you with a discount coupon immediately.

How can I pay for Advanced Installer?

You can use a credit/debit card, PayPal, a bank transfer (Wire/ACH transfer), by fax, Vendor 2 Vendor, through direct debit or by using a Purchase order.

What taxes are applied to the initial price?

Tax/VAT may be added for certain countries (exact details are provided before the order is completed). The FAQ page of our e-commerce partner 2Checkout contains more details.

I received an email with the license key, but no download link. How do I get the Advanced Installer version I purchased?

The latest version of Advanced Installer can be obtained from our Download page. There is only one package for both trial and registered versions. For more information about registering your trial version please see the Registration FAQ.

When is my license key delivered?

When you purchase Advanced Installer you'll receive the license key via e-mail (usually in the first hour after your purchase, but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases). Once you receive the license key you can register the trial version downloaded from our website.

If you made a payment, but didn't get a confirmation email with your license key within 1 working day, please contact our support team by email.

What happens when the subscription ends?

A valid subscription is required to use Advanced Installer. If you choose not to renew your subscription you will not be able to use Advanced Installer going forward.

What happens when payment fails?

Multiple email notifications will be sent to you with the status of your subscription and its renewal. If a payment fails your subscription will enter a grace period of 30 days, during which you can continue using Advanced Installer and solve any payment related issues.

What is the difference between subscription and named (per-user) license?

A subscription grants your team a time limited license for using the latest version of Advanced Installer, at a better price(per-user) and with additional benefits, like priority support. A per-user perpetual license, has an initial higher cost per-user, but it allows you to use a certain version of Advanced Installer forever and it can be more cost effective if only one engineer needs it.

I want to purchase more years in advance. How can I?

If you need a different contract please contact our support team at support@advancedinstaller.com and we will try to offer you a custom price to fit your plans.

Can I upgrade my perpetual license (per-user or floating) to a subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade it and you will pay only in the difference between the two prices or you will get a prorated subscription if you paid more for the current licenses.
