The Analysis Tool helps you uncover any compatibility issues when editing .MSIX packages built with other packaging tools that require fixups and automatically apply the ones suggested by Advanced Installer, without the need of a repackage operation.
Our Analysis tool is automatically run when opening an .MSIX package or can be opened from the Ribbon Button. Click on the Analyse button to search for issues in:
- File Type Associations
- Environment Variables
- App Execution Alias
- Shortcuts
You can independently fix the issues in one of the above sections or fix all with a single click on Fix All button.
