In this dialog you can edit or create a Host Runtime Dependency
Name
The host runtime dependency publisher name.
Publisher
The host runtime dependency publisher name.
Min version
The minimum version of the host runtime dependency. The value is a string in quad notation(e.g. "Major.Minor.Build.Revision").
