Select if the profile will refer to a VMware or Hyper-V virtualization product.

Browse to the configuration file of the virtual machine this profile will point to.

VM snapshots

Select the best-suited snapshot for the profile.

Take a snapshot before starting an operation

By enabling this option, Advanced Installer will take a snapshot each time this profile will be used. It is useful when you want to preserve the virtual machine to a predefined state before it gets altered by the operation.

Revert to previous snapshot after finishing an operation

This option works with the one above and it helps save time by automatically reverting the VM to a predefined state.

Username

Specify the username to log on to the virtual machine in the selected snapshot.

Password

Specify the password to log on to the virtual machine in the selected snapshot.

Show password

The password field is not obfuscated.
