SharePoint General Options
This pane contains general options related to the deployment of SharePoint solutions. This pane is accessible once a SharePoint solution is added to the project by selecting the Target Computer node from the tree.
Deployment Loggings
Show deployment log after install
If this option is enabled once the installation package finishes a dialog containing the SharePoint solutions deployment log will appear. This dialog is very useful for obtaining information if the deployment ended successfully or for debug purposes.
Show log after maintenance
If this option is enabled once the maintenance process finishes a dialog containing information about the maintenance operations will be presented. This dialog is very useful to see if the maintenance operations were successful or for debug purposes.
Services
Start SharePoint administration services during install
This option will make your installer start the Timer and Administration SharePoint services before deploying a solution.
